Four Hands, Two Sonatas held the No. 1 position in Good Data Corporation’s latest TV-OTT drama buzz rankings, updated on September 8, 2026. The tvN music drama captured 24.01% of the week’s Buzz Share, up from 20.73% the previous week.
New Recruit 4: Sabotage remained at No. 2 with 19.05%, while Mousetrap held No. 3 with 14.48%. Together, the top three accounted for 57.54% of the week’s drama buzz, compared with 52.44% the previous week.
A Love Other Than Yours made the week’s largest move, rising three places to No. 5 ahead of its September 12 premiere. Made in Korea 2 entered the Top 10 at No. 6, while A Shop for Killers Season 2 dropped out after ranking No. 9 last week.
Unlike television ratings, the FUNdex rankings measure online conversation across news articles, blogs, social media, online communities, and video platforms, providing a snapshot of which dramas audiences are talking about most.

Made in Korea 2 was the only new drama in this week’s TV-OTT Top 10, entering at No. 6 with 5.07% Buzz Share one day before its September 9 premiere. Its arrival pushed A Shop for Killers Season 2 out of the rankings after that drama placed No. 9 last week.
The performer table added five names. Kim Min-Ho and Lee Won Jeong entered at Nos. 5 and 6 for New Recruit 4: Sabotage. Seo Kang Jun and Ahn Eun-jin ranked Nos. 7 and 9 for A Love Other Than Yours, while Hyun Bin entered at No. 8 for Made in Korea 2.

For a fifth consecutive week, See You at Work Tomorrow! did not appear in Prime Video’s overall Top 10 Original Series ranking, which combines English and non-English titles.
See You at Work Tomorrow! also remains outside the current FUNdex drama Top 10. Its steady position among Prime Video’s non-English Originals indicates continued international viewing even though the drama is no longer among the titles generating the largest share of measured online conversation in South Korea.

Viki also released its Top 5 dramas for August 2026, highlighting the titles that received the most attention from viewers during the month. The list, presented in no particular order, included A Bona Fide Killer, My Bias, My Boss, The Affair Was Just the Beginning, Dream to You, and Chinese drama Overdo.
Several of Viki’s August favorites also appear in this week’s FUNdex rankings. A Bona Fide Killer ranks No. 4 in Korean online buzz, My Bias, My Boss ranks No. 9, and The Affair Was Just the Beginning remains at No. 10. Dream to You, meanwhile, is no longer in the current FUNdex Top 10 despite appearing among Viki’s most popular dramas for August.
Looking Ahead
The next FUNdex update will show whether Four Hands, Two Sonatas can hold No. 1 for a third week and continue placing Lee Jun-young and Song Kang at the top of the performer ranking. New Recruit 4: Sabotage and Mousetrap are also worth watching after the top three increased their combined share of drama buzz.
A Love Other Than Yours and Made in Korea 2 will have their first post-premiere ranking tests. Both entered the current performer Top 10, while their drama rankings placed them only 0.13 percentage points apart at Nos. 5 and 6.
