2. Digital Products & Delivery
All products sold through Korean Drama Insider are digital downloads unless otherwise stated.
No physical items are shipped.
Download instructions are provided by email after successful checkout.
Access to digital files is granted for personal use only. Redistribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited, including uploading to other platforms or social media.
Colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen settings.
3. Sales & Refund Policy
All digital purchases are considered final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
Because digital products are delivered immediately, refunds are not offered.
However, if you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us by replying to your order confirmation email and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including digital products, images, text, designs, and branding, is the property of Korean Drama Insider unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share purchased digital products without permission.
5. User Accounts & Purchases
If you create an account or make a purchase, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.
6. Email Subscriptions
By subscribing to Korean Drama Insider, you agree to receive periodic emails including updates, recommendations, and promotional content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email. We may send emails that include recommendations, updates, and occasional promotional content related to Korean Drama Insider.
7. Your K-drama Journal & Privacy
Your K-drama Journal is personal to you. By default, your journal entries, ratings, notes, watch history, and favorites are visible only to you.
Your private notes are never displayed publicly. Our goal is to celebrate K-dramas while respecting both our members' privacy and the work of the creators behind the shows.
Anonymous Community Statistics
To help fans discover new dramas, Korean Drama Insider may anonymously combine community activity to create aggregate statistics, such as:
- How many members have watched a drama
- Average community ratings
- How many members selected reactions such as "Emotionally Wrecked Me," "Comfort Watch," or "Second Lead Syndrome"
- Other anonymous trends and insights
These statistics are presented in aggregate only and are not linked to your name, profile, or personal journal.
Public Profiles (Future Feature)
Korean Drama Insider may introduce optional public profiles or public watchlists in the future.
If this feature becomes available, you will be able to choose whether to share specific journal entries or watchlists publicly. Participation will always be optional, and your private journal entries and notes will remain private unless you choose to share them.
User-Submitted Drama Entries
If you add a drama that is not yet in the Korean Drama Insider catalog, a draft catalog entry may be created so you and other members can immediately add it to your personal journal.
Draft submissions are reviewed before being published in the public catalog. Korean Drama Insider reserves the right to edit, merge, rename, or remove submitted entries to maintain an accurate and high-quality catalog.
Your Contributions
Draft entries are immediately available for use in your personal journal but are not published to the public catalog until they have been reviewed by Korean Drama Insider. We may edit, merge, rename, or remove submitted entries to ensure the catalog remains accurate, consistent, and complete." window. To help identify the drama, you may provide a title (required), release year, episode count, and lead actors.
Draft entries are immediately available for use in your personal journal but are not published to the public catalog until they have been reviewed by Korean Drama Insider. We may edit, merge, rename, or remove submitted entries to ensure the catalog remains accurate, consistent, and complete.
Journal Entries
Journal entries are personal records associated with your account. Removing a drama from your journal deletes only your personal journal entry and does not remove the drama from the Korean Drama Insider catalog or affect other members' journal entries.

All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Korean Drama Insider is not affiliated with or endorsed by any studios, networks, or production companies referenced.
9. External Links
We may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Limitation of Liability
Korean Drama Insider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its digital products.
