Ji Chang Wook fans may want to keep December 2026 open.

The Asia Artist Awards (AAA) has officially announced that Ji Chang Wook will serve as one of the hosts for AAA 2026, marking his first time hosting the major year-end entertainment ceremony. He will be joined by Jang Won-young, who returns as an experienced AAA MC.

The event will take place on December 5-6, 2026, at Kaohsiung National Stadium in Taiwan. According to reports, the red carpet is scheduled to begin at 3:00 PM, with the main ceremony starting at 5:00 PM.

The timing could make for a particularly busy period for Ji Chang Wook, as filming for his upcoming drama Human X Gumiho is expected to continue through the end of the year. Fans can likely expect him to balance drama filming with preparations for the awards show.

AAA is one of the few Korean entertainment ceremonies that brings together actors, actresses, and K-pop artists under one roof. Because Ji Chang Wook will be serving as a host rather than attending as a guest, fans can expect to see him throughout the event instead of only during a brief appearance.

Tickets for AAA 2026 are already on sale through official ticketing channels, with prices ranging from approximately NT$1,980 to NT$6,980 depending on seating location.

For international fans considering attending, Kaohsiung offers a relatively easy travel experience. The city enjoys mild December temperatures, and the stadium is located only about 20 to 25 minutes from Kaohsiung International Airport.

Will you be making the trip to Taiwan to see Ji Chang Wook host AAA 2026?
